Getting help

Group Games is made and supported by Breakaway Ventures Pty Ltd, a small Australian company. There is no call centre — you will be emailing a person.

Email support@breakawayventures.com.au and tell us what happened, what you expected instead, and what device you're using. A screenshot usually explains more than a paragraph can.

We aim to reply within two business days. We're in Sydney, so allow for Australian Eastern time and NSW public holidays.

Reporting a shared run sheet

If someone shares a run sheet with you and there is something wrong with it — inappropriate content, someone's personal information, anything that shouldn't be there — please report it.

From inside the app: open the shared run sheet and choose Report. You'll be asked for a reason and given room to explain. Reports do not record who made them: the person who published the sheet is not told who reported it.

If you can't use the app: email support@breakawayventures.com.au with the six-character code of the run sheet and what is wrong with it.

We review every report within 24 hours. Where a report is upheld we remove the content, and we keep track of publishers who are reported repeatedly.

Blocking someone

You can block a publisher from inside the app, and unblock them later in Settings. Blocking is private — it stays on your device, nothing is uploaded, and the person you blocked is not told.

Removing someone's name

Run sheets can have people's names on them, and those names travel with a sheet when it is shared. Please take particular care with the names of young people.

If you published the sheet, the quickest fix is to edit it and share it again, or choose Stop sharing.

If you didn't publish it, or you would like us to remove a name for you, email support@breakawayventures.com.au with the six-character code. We will remove it promptly — you do not need to explain your relationship to the person named.

Your data and your privacy

Almost everything the app holds stays on your device. Only run sheets you deliberately share are uploaded. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email support@breakawayventures.com.au. We respond within 30 days, as the Privacy Policy sets out.
