Calum is the Director of Holiday Camps at CRU (The Crusader Union of Australia), where he leads a team running over 70 camps a year for children and young people across Australia. Before CRU he was a school teacher, and he has been involved in more than 60 camps in volunteer and staff roles, starting out as a camper himself. He also serves on a school council, and holds a Master of Leadership from the Australian College of Ministries, a Graduate Diploma of Divinity from Sydney Missionary and Bible College, and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Sydney.
